Terms And Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

  • If you notice any mistake in your booking details, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it:

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your booking for any reason up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without penalty.

  • Omar Shuttle Service reserves the right to cancel your booking under the following conditions:

    • Incomplete or incorrect booking information (e.g., phone number, email, flight number).

    • If we are unable to reach you via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before the transfer.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is made directly to the driver at the time of pick-up. Accepted currencies:

    • MAD (Moroccan Dirham)

    • EURO 

    • USD 

  • For payments in EURO or USD, change may be provided in MAD.

  • Credit card payment is available upon request in advance (we will equip the car with a payment terminal if approved ahead of time).

4. Driver and Vehicle Changes

  • Omar Shuttle Service reserves the right to change the assigned driver for organizational reasons (e.g., flight delays or scheduling).

  • The vehicle may be replaced with another of the same class and comfort level if necessary.
