How can I cancel my booking?

How does airport pick-up work?
Our driver will meet you directly at your arrival terminal, holding a sign with your name. We ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer to your destination as indicated in your booking.
What should I do if I can't find my driver?
If you're unable to locate your driver, please call us immediately. Our team will handle your request urgently and guide you to your driver as quickly as possible.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries — we track your flight in real-time using the flight number provided at booking. Our driver will wait for you accordingly, even if your flight is delayed.
Can I request additional services or last-minute changes?
Yes, we’re flexible! If you have any last-minute requests, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How can I pay for the shuttle service?
We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:
- Credit card payment at pick-up (our drivers are equipped with mobile card terminals)
- Cash payment directly to the driver (MAD/EUR/USD)
- Bank transfer
